Hello and Welcome to Tona's Tidings.org!
Please bookmark this site so you can easily visit it again.

Welcome to the 2010-2011 edition of Tona's Tidings! I'm going through and cleaning house, and updating some of the information on this site. I've also added a new blog feature that I am hoping will be more accessible for teachers. This blog will be a place to share technical tips, hints, computer app reviews, and lesson plan ideas focusing on technology integration in the classroom for other teachers.

Please, take your time and browse through everything on the site. I have included a lot of information for parents, students, and teachers. Tona's Tidings is a Math, Science, and ESOL site for Manatee County students. This site is meant to provide our Math and Science students with helpful links for use in class and at home, and as a communication tool for the parents. I have added an interactive ESOL/ELL (English for Speakers of Other Languages/English Language Learners) website this year, as well as links to my Book Corner site on Manatee County's website. The ELL site is a flash embedded web site, so turn up your speakers, and get your mousing hand ready!

This is an ongoing work in progress, as all web sites are. So, please, book mark this site and come back to visit from time to time. I am also maintaining this site as a technology resource site for other educators. I will be including information for other teachers, computer and web tips, and print outs for select workshops, along with Special Education resources.
